Terms and Conditions of Service I understand that activities of this nature contain an element of hazard and, in consideration of my child being permitted to take part in the program, I agree to keep indemnified Clifden Boat Club and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, damage to person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with taking part in Clifden Boat Club's activities, notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I also understand that Clifden Boat Club is responsible for supervision of my child during class time only. If I cannot supervise my child outside these times, it is my responsibility to arrange for alternate supervision. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors and assigns. By confirming registration, I am verifying that I have read through and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand it is the sole responsibility of the individual registrant attending the course(s) to ensure that they meet all of the registration requirements. Registrants who do not meet the age requirements and/or course prerequisites will not receive course completion credit. Non-credit payments If you have chosen an alternate method of payment (cheque/cash), you are responsible for delivering the payment to Clifden Boat Club no later than the 1st day to the start of your course. If this payment is not received by this day, Clifden Boat Club reserves the right to cancel your registration and open the space up to other registrants. Refund Policy Refunds or exchanges must be requested a minimum of 14 days prior to the start date of your course. In order to request a refund, please contact Clifden Boat Club at school@clifdenboatclub.com or by phone at +353 872601743 with the order number and registrant name. No refund or credit will be given for missing day(s) during the weekly camp, unless cancelation from Clifden Boat Club. Refunds will be made with the same method as the original payment. Clifden Boat Club reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange that does not meet the outlined terms.
